The Artistic Virgo does not process payments directly through this website.

Welcome to The Artistic Virgo. These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website, contact us or place an order. By using our website or ordering from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

### 1. About Our Website

The Artistic Virgo website provides information about our products, prices, business and ordering options. The website does not currently offer customer accounts, online checkout or direct payment processing.

Orders and enquiries are arranged through WhatsApp, email, social media or another method agreed upon with the customer.

### 2. Products and Availability

The Artistic Virgo offers handmade badges, satin bonnets, headbands and custom-made products.

Products and designs are subject to availability. We may change, update or discontinue products without prior notice.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, pattern, placement, size or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade character of each item and are not considered defects.

### 3. Prices

All prices are shown in Eastern Caribbean dollars (EC$ or XCD), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change before an order is confirmed. Once we confirm an order and its price, that price will apply unless the customer requests changes that affect the cost.

Bulk prices and discounts are subject to the quantities, design requirements and other conditions displayed on our Prices page or provided in an individual quotation.

### 4. Orders, Confirmation and Payment

Sending an enquiry or order request does not automatically confirm an order.

An order is confirmed only after we have agreed with the customer on the product, quantity, price, payment arrangements and estimated completion or collection time.

Available payment methods and payment deadlines will be communicated directly to the customer. Payments are not processed through this website.

We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment is not received as agreed or we are unable to fulfil the request.

### 5. Custom Orders

Customers placing custom orders must provide clear and accurate instructions. Where appropriate, we may provide a description, sample or proof for approval before production begins.

Once a custom design has been approved, changes may result in additional charges or a longer production time.

Customers who provide names, photographs, logos, artwork or other material confirm that they have permission to use that material. The Artistic Virgo may refuse requests containing unlawful, harmful, offensive or potentially infringing content.

Colours and other details displayed on a screen may differ slightly from the finished product.

### 6. Production Times

Production times depend on the product, quantity, design requirements and availability of materials. Any completion date provided is an estimate unless we specifically agree otherwise.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the estimated time and will inform the customer if a significant delay occurs.

### 7. Collection, Delivery and In-Store Purchases

Collection or delivery arrangements, including any applicable charges, will be agreed upon when the order is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and collection information. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Selected ready-made products are available at The Outlet, La Galleria Mall, Grand Anse, subject to current stock. Purchases made there may also be subject to the retailer’s applicable payment, collection and customer-service procedures.

### 8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because custom and personalised products are created specifically for the customer, they generally cannot be returned or refunded because of a change of mind. This does not affect any rights a customer may have when an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by applicable law.

Customers should inspect their items promptly and contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem.

### 9. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the name, logo, product designs, photographs, written content and other materials associated with The Artistic Virgo belong to us or are used with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, sold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

### 10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access or use its content for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

REFUND POLICY

At The Artistic Virgo, we carefully create and inspect our handmade products. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please review this policy before placing an order.

### 1. Change-of-Mind Returns

We generally do not accept returns or provide refunds because a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong product or no longer wants the item.

Bonnets and headbands that have been worn or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged or different from what was confirmed.

### 2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your purchase as soon as you receive or collect it.

If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible—preferably within 48 hours—and provide:

* Your name and order details;

* A description of the problem; and

* Clear photographs showing the item and the issue.

After reviewing the matter, we may offer an appropriate solution, such as:

* Repairing the item;

* Replacing the item, subject to availability;

* Correcting the order; or

* Providing a full or partial refund.

The appropriate solution will depend on the nature of the problem and the circumstances of the order.

### 3. Handmade Variations

Our products are handmade, so slight differences in colour, pattern placement, size or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade character of each item and are not considered defects.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

### 4. Custom and Personalised Orders

Custom and personalised products are created specifically for the customer and are therefore final sale.

They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because of a change of mind, an incorrect detail supplied by the customer or dissatisfaction with details that were previously approved.

If we make an error or the finished item does not reasonably match the confirmed order, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

### 5. Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, wording, colours, sizes, designs and other custom details before approving an order.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or a longer production time.

### 6. Exchanges

We do not generally offer exchanges. However, if there is a verified problem with an item, we may offer a replacement or another suitable solution.

Any item accepted for return must be unused, unworn and in its original condition unless the nature of the defect prevents this.

### 7. Returning an Item

Do not return an item before contacting us and receiving instructions.

If a return is required because of an error, defect or damage for which The Artistic Virgo is responsible, we will agree with the customer on reasonable return or collection arrangements.

If we voluntarily approve a return for another reason, the customer may be responsible for any related return or delivery costs.

### 8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible. If that is not possible, we will agree on another suitable method with the customer.

We will let the customer know when the refund has been processed. The time it takes to receive the funds may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Delivery or other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by The Artistic Virgo or is otherwise required by law.

### 9. Purchases at The Outlet

Selected products sold at The Outlet, La Galleria Mall, Grand Anse, may also be subject to the retailer’s applicable procedures.

If there is a problem with one of our products purchased there, please keep your proof of purchase and contact The Outlet or The Artistic Virgo for assistance.

### 10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under the laws of Grenada.
